The Oly Old Time Festival is a completely volunteer-run organization. All proceeds go directly to putting on the festival, supporting the musicians and instructors, and maintaining affordable ticket prices.
During the festival we especially need volunteers to help with set up and decorating, ticket and welcome table, and food delivery service. All volunteer shifts are 3 hours and all volunteers receive a free weekend pass (ticket) to the event. Here’s how to sign up to volunteer: Step 1: Read the Volunteer Descriptions Step 2: Sign up for shifts Once you have read the descriptions and know which shift you are interested in, use our SignUp.com invitation to sign up for your preferred shift(s):  You will need to provide both an email address and phone number when signing up. You are welcome to sign up with a buddy, but you must each sign up for your own shifts so that we have contact info for everyone, and we are sure your shift is saved for you.
Step 3: Volunteer! Come to the Oly Old Time Festival and do your shift(s). Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you have time to learn how to do your job. When you arrive, check in at the front door of either the South Bay Grange or First Christian Church, depending on where your shift is located. Thank You! |
